About Us
Family Farm
The Pickering family has proudly owned and operated Novelty Hill Farm in Duvall, Washington since 1884. Initially established as a dairy farm, we now specialize in offering seasonal activities for the community: growing pumpkins and opening the farm for our Fall Fun Festival, selling pre-cut Christmas Trees and offering our picturesque historic barns as venue rental spaces.
Fall Fun
Fall is the best time of year at Novelty Hill Farm, where we celebrate with family fun for everyone! Visit our pumpkin patch, explore the corn maze, enjoy the trike track, and play in the hay mow and corn crib. Don’t forget to meet our farm critters and grab some snacks. Plus, we offer free admission and are dog friendly (on leash). Join us at the best pumpkin patch and make unforgettable memories!
Christmas Trees
At Novelty Hill Farm, we sell pre-cut Christmas trees. Come enjoy some hot cocoa while you explore our charming 1930's barns and find your perfect tree! While you're here, don't forget to check out our wreaths, swags, garland, Christmas decorations, and more.

Our U-pick blackberries are open annually in August, offering a delightful outdoor activity for families.
Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze
Join us at our pumpkin patch where we will open on Oct. 2, 2026.
We are open Friday, Saturday, Sunday, as well as available for private tours and school field trips.
Christmas Trees and Holiday Market:
We will open on Nov 27th, 2026, and are open daily until sold out. Our hours are Monday to Friday from 3-6 pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 10 am - 5 pm. Don’t miss our special hours on Black Friday, 11/27, from 10 am - 5 pm.

Christmas Trees
We offer a variety of sizes and types of Christmas trees (Douglas, Fraser, Noble, Nordmann and more) at different price points. Come visit us, and we’ll help you find your perfect tree!
Fall Fun
Join us at our pumpkin patch and enjoy visiting with our animals, which is free! For activities like the Hay Mow, Corn Maze, Trike Track, and Corn Crib (all included in the price):
$5 for ages 5 and under (infants free!)
$10 for ages 6 and up
